Monogamy & polyamory — can they live they together?
Can the needs of each partner be met?
How to navigating difficult emotions, boundaries, jealousy, pressure, guilt, time, betrayal…
The Poly/Mono therapy group offers a here & now experience in which the difficult emotions that can come up can be explored in a safe and therapeutic environment. Together the group will engage in learning about, accepting, and honoring self and other. Our work will involve gaining awareness of how our experiences and ways of relating are played out in our relationships.
This group is open to singles, couples, triads, quads (and other constellations) — anyone who struggles with relationships involving polyamorous and monogamous orientations or lifestyles.
The group will run for 8 weeks, and will be limited to no more than 10 participants. In order to facilitate continuity, depth, and safety in vulnerability, members are expected to attend all sessions. No new members will be admitted to the group once it begins.
This group meets Saturdays, 10:00am-11:30am.
Fee: $400 for 8 weeks
