I offer an affirming, sex-positive space that acknowledges my clients’ varied and marginalized identities, their experiences in the world as well as their own personal strengths and struggles as an individual.  My special focus is working with queer and trans couples and individuals, as well as alternative relationship configurations and erotic practices, such as non-monogamy and kink.

I help clients connect to their deeper nature and inner wisdom through compassionate self-exploration. Together we can explore and address gender and sexuality, coming out, and experiences of marginalization related to all types of identities.

As a marriage and family therapist, I help couples, relationships and families to examine and create new patterns, communicate more openly and lovingly, and strengthen the relationships in their lives. I can work with you and your partner(s) around infidelity, pre-marital issues, periods of transition, and opening up your relationship.

My approach to therapy focuses on helping clients to identify, explore, and, if helpful, lift constraints that may be interfering with their ability to live their own definition of a healthy, balanced life.  I work collaboratively with clients to examine trans-generational patterns, heal wounds and the effects of past trauma, create more meaningful and rewarding relationships, and enrich their relationship to themselves.

Please contact me and learn more about how we can work together.
