Through a depth-oriented psychological approach, I offer a safe environment where individuals can feel fully accepted, heard and understood. In this accepting environment, your greatest struggles can be transformed to wisdom, your sense of isolation and rejection can become experiences of belonging and reciprocity, and hope can emerge from the sorrow, loneliness and desperation you may feel.
In reflecting on the past, acknowledging old wounds, and compassionately exploring many aspects of your experience, an inner experience of self-awareness and self-acceptance awakens, where hope, compassion and love can grow.
Radical acceptance of self is the keystone to transforming life into a journey of exciting possibilities. I welcome all diverse identities, including LGBTQ+.
