Topic: Back to Basics: What is Support?
Yes, this is a support group for the polyamory community. But I’m wondering what does support mean to you. What do you really need or want from one another when you say you need support? Where might you currently need support in your life? Can you ask for it? If difficult to ask, what might make it difficult to ask for or receive it? What isn’t support for you? Support looks different for each of us, and when we are not getting it the way we need, it can be quite distressing.
