- Philosophy of the program
- Program elements & expectations
- Supervisors, instructors and mentors
- Application process

Application Materials Check List:
- Completed and signed application form
- Resume or CV
- Written questions
- Copy of your professional license (if applicable)
- If you are accepted for an in-person interview, two letters of reference at least one from a clinical supervisor (one may be from a professor or academic advisor)
Guidelines for Resume/CV:
Please submit your Curriculum Vitae or resume with start and end dates of employment or engagement for each of your clinical experiences. Please be sure to outline your relevant information below:
- Current professional status (student, unlicensed graduate)
- Training (include names of institutions, degrees and dates)
- Clinical or other relevant employment history
- Professional clinical license for IL (type, number)
- Professional psychotherapy training (list internships, certificate programs, intensive trainings, etc. Please include the sponsoring organizations’ names and dates of participation)
- Teaching
- Consulting
- Research
- Publications
- Presentations
- Other professional experience
