I am passionate about serving adults across the lifespan who identify with stigmatized sexual identities and interests including LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous/polyamorous, kink, and sex-industry work.
I work with individuals and relationships by exploring the events, identities, and stories that shape your life and experience, and by collaborating with you in a process of inquiry, understanding, and integration that helps you align more closely with your deepest nature.
Together we can unfold experiences of stuckness, anxiety, loss, trauma, and transition. These experiences often leave people feeling exposed, guarded, and confused. They contribute to dissatisfaction and discordance within our selves and our relationships. I believe that exploring such experiences lovingly and with compassion eases suffering and allows each of us to hold space for our humanity and the complexities that arise from human conditions. I endeavor to offer a radically affirming, cooperative, and relational space in which you feel held, valued, and centered in the healing process.
I draw from eclectic theoretical orientations including existentialism, systems theory, and embodied awareness approaches to tailor our work and support your unique exploration. I believe that gentle and curious inquiry into discomfort can show us the heart of our pain and illuminate a path to wholeness and healing. If this feels like a good fit for you, please reach out to get started! I am eager to meet you.
