Changing our lives to better reflect our true selves and what we value most can often be messy, or even scary.
I aim to support you in that process. My role as a therapist starts by creating with you a protected space to explore and heal. I can facilitate and provide support along your journey toward deeper self-awareness. Understanding better the environments, survival strategies, relationships, emotional coping skills, and motivations that have been helpful to you is important. Form there, we can build upon your strengths and experiences in a way that is aligned with your most authentic and fulfilling life.
I operate with the belief that authenticity, inner peace, self-love, and nurturing connection is vital to each person’s well-being. I am also committed to deconstructing how oppression functions in our society and addressing how that impacts the mental health of people and their communities.
