Personal pronouns: she, her, hers.

I am honored to work as a bilingual therapist (Spanish/English), with people moving through times of struggle. I have a strong interest in working with immigrants from all walks of life, and people encountering difficulty related to reproductive experiences.

In my practice I effectively support immigrant families who are faced with challenges around the process of acculturation, immigration, trauma, loss, identity (re)formation, anxiety, and depression.

Times of transition and transformation can profoundly impact us, and I am here to walk alongside those going through challenges related to reproductive experiences including: pre-natal, postpartum, post-miscarriage, post-abortion, fertility treatment, surrogacy, etc.

I see therapy as a path worth walking to get to know unknown, or disavowed, parts of ourselves; to make friends with our pain, and to heal. I am humbled by every client who allows me to witness their journey. Healing and health can look and feel different for every person, so I work from an eclectic theoretical orientation and cater my approach to individual needs.

I consider myself a humanistic, strengths-based therapist, who enjoys using play, movement, art, music, and nature as part of the therapeutic process. What is of utmost importance to me is authenticity, mine and yours.

I am sex positive, and both welcome and celebrate working with people of all races, nationalities, religions, genders, sexual orientations, relationship statuses and configurations, classes, disabilities, ages, or sizes.

I look forward to meeting you and discovering how I may be of service.
