As a sex-positive, LGBTQ- affirming therapist, I honor and deeply value the vulnerability that comes with seeking therapy. I believe in creating a space in which each person can show up fully; a space where all identities and intersections are welcomed and celebrated.
I am dedicated to providing the safety and empowerment you need to express diverse aspects of yourself. I strive to remain conscious of systems that harm those who hold marginalized identities and allow space for your lived experiences to be heard, felt, and seen.
My approach to therapy is grounded in interpersonal and psychodynamic therapy, in which we can focus on developing our relationship and remain curious about the ways in which you approach other relationships.
Our work together will be collaborative and focus on deepening your understanding of yourself, both individually and in partnerships. I can help you work through relational trauma, uncover patterns, and facilitate insight into bettering your wellbeing. I believe you hold the knowledge, experience, and skills you need to create the life you desire.
I hope to have the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey of self-growth and healing.
