I am a queer-identified, body-, sex-, kink-, and fat-positive therapist that is driven by curiosity and a passion to live life authentically. I work primarily with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in relationships of any configuration, CNM/Poly. I welcome people who often feel “other than” or different, who may be struggling with their identity, feel the effects of marginalization and oppression or searching to find acceptance.
Each person’s story is unique, and I believe your therapy must be unique to you. My approach to therapy is as eclectic as my bookshelf or Spotify playlists. I believe in the intrinsic worth of each person. And I understand the therapeutic relationship as one that is based on acceptance, trust, and mutual respect. This supports a safe space for you to share your story. Together I hope we can explore what it means to be authentic to yourself and discover what you need to gain the skills to navigate your life’s path.
I often approach therapy as I approach life — with open hands and an open heart. I seek to learn and grow and to follow my natural curiosity. I believe in living as authentically as possible, knowing we all wear masks at different moments in life. I consider it a privilege to hear my clients’ stories and to walk alongside them for a while in their journey.
It would be an honor to join you as you discover ways to deepen acceptance and belonging. I look forward to working with you. Please feel free to call or email for an appointment.
