As a marriage and family therapist, I seek to work collaboratively with individuals, partners, and families through a sex-affirmative, body-positive, and anti-oppressive lens. I welcome clients exploring sexuality, kink, sexual identity, and varying relationship configurations and partnerships including polyamory and consensual non-monogamy.

I believe that when we understand who we are and live our most authentic life, we feel alive and fulfilled. Identifying what you truly value and need in therapy, in your relationships, and for yourself is an ongoing process, and I’m here to support. By exploring and embodying the multitude of parts that make you who you are, my hope is that you will access self-compassion, acceptance, and healing.

Mind, body, and soul are connected, and while focusing on our thoughts is a vital piece of therapeutic work, reconnecting with our body is crucial, as well. Every moment and interaction holds much information.  Often our bodies download parts of our experience that happen too fast for our brain to process, and these parts are stored without our conscious awareness. My goal is to slow down this process so you to regain presence, bring more awareness to your experience, learn from that and find a sense of peace.

The therapy that I provide is research-informed, client-focused, and strengths-based. Though I hold expertise on the field of marriage and family therapy, you hold expertise on yourself and your life.
