My work focuses on emotion regulation, confidence and self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and self-shame. I have a special interest in working with intersectional issues impacting BIPOC identities.
Welcome, welcome! My name is Toni, great to have you here.
As your therapist, I utilize a combination of talk therapy, and behavioral intervention activities. Together, we will focus on your lived experience to identify your strengths to set goals that promote positive change in your life.
Change can be uncomfortable and frightening, and also rewarding to the mind, body, and soul. When working with me, you can be sure that I will help support and guide you even when things get tough. I am here to highlight and celebrate the unique and different aspects within you, teach love and self-love, and bring light into the lives of those around me.
Finding the right therapist is like finding the right pair of jeans. Searching can be overwhelming, but the reward of finding what works is beyond measure.
Thank you for allowing me to walk with you along this journey.
