I am a sex-positive, kink-friendly therapist with a non-judgmental approach. In my work, I focus on emotion regulation, relationship difficulties, and multicultural identities.
As your therapist, I integrate a combination of personal experiences and intentional study. Using person-centered techniques, together we will focus on your experience, identify your strengths and the ways you can overcome your fears, as well as promote positive change in your life.
I believe that change happens from within, with considerations for environment and context. Even when someone is ready for change, it can be uncomfortable and scary, but also rewarding to the mind, body, and soul. When working with me, you can be sure that even when things get tough, I will help support and guide you. I am here to highlight and celebrate the unique and different aspects within you, teach love and self-love, and bring light into the lives of those around me.
Finding the right therapist is like trying to find the right pair of jeans. Searching can be overwhelming, but the reward of finding what works is beyond measure.
