Antonia Jurkovic, Psy.D. holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University. She has experience working in various settings including community mental health centers and VA hospitals. Her specialty is working with different forms of trauma (i.e., physical, sexual, intimate partner violence, combat trauma) and complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (cPTSD). Additionally, she has experience working with substance abuse, personality disorders, neurodiverse populations, and those facing end of life issues. Dr. Jurkovic is a queer, polyamorous psychotherapist who completed her doctoral dissertation on perceptions of verbal sexual coercion and has presented on various topics in the past including Rejecting the Heteronorm.
