About the Group

Do you identify as neurodivergent? Want to meet people who can relate to the everyday experience of things like task paralysis, demand avoidance, and the energy drain of living in an isolated capitalistic society that isn’t designed for you to thrive in?  Between loud bars, anxiety-provoking large gatherings and navigating the apps, it can be difficult to meet people who can relate.

This support group is designed to facilitate the connection and self-exploration of neurodivergent folks in a format that has accommodations built-in, such as:

  • Ice breaker questions emailed prior to session
  • No popcorn style questioning
  • Less than 10 participants
  • Chat will be monitored
