I am a body-positive and sex-positive therapist with a non-judgmental, holistic approach
I enjoy working with any individual looking to better their lives, including managing anxiety and depression, improving self-esteem, and navigating life changes. I approach each person with a whole-body, whole-wellness perspective and enjoy exploring the relationship between mind, body, and spirit. Within this holistic approach, I utilize art as therapy, movement, and behavior change as tools for processing and finding more satisfaction in your life.
I aim to create a trusting, collaborative environment and believe this is one of the most important pieces of our work together. Digging deep into one’s life story can be uncomfortable and scary, but my goal is to move with you on this journey and to guide you to finding the most fulfilling path forward.
I would be honored to accompany you on this journey towards your best self, and I look forward to meeting with you!
