I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults who are navigating relationship conflict, sexual concerns, LGBTQIA+, identity issues, kinky/poly relationships, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and/or neurodiversity.
My affirming, sex-positive, and empathic approach is deeply rooted in systems theory — which means I am looking at you and your experience as a part of larger social system or group. I collaborate with individuals, partners, and families to help cultivate receptiveness and empathy for one another’s feelings and needs within themsleves and their relationships. I utilize my own compassion and quirkiness to create fun and safe spaces for my clients to manage difficult emotions, explore their sense of self, and feel more secure in their relationships.
I invite you to discover your path to love and being loved authentically. If this speaks to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me via the LifeWorks appointment request form to schedule an intake with me.
