I enjoy working with folks navigating the modern dating space, exploring new relationship configurations, and working with second-generation Latine relationships and individuals, who face unique cultural challenges.

At my core, I believe our relationships are pivotal in teaching us about ourselves and how we show up in the world. My job as a therapist is to serve as your guide and companion in better understanding yourself and your circumstances and to be able to charge forward confidently toward positive change and your future.

I enjoy working with relationships and individuals alike. I believe psychotherapy is meant to strengthen intimacy, communication, and connection and to reduce the constraints that may be getting in the way of showing up as your truest self. If you are motivated to change and willing to consider perspectives that differ from those you hold, you already have a big headstart in finding a way to more connection and joy. Change is never immediate or easy, but together, we can find a way forward.

I aim to create a warm, welcoming environment for us to navigate the therapeutic process. It is just as important for me to show up authentically to the therapeutic space as it is for you to feel free to show up authentically. I recognize that we are messy and imperfect and human, and I welcome all of those parts into the room.

I have a special place in my heart and practice for attachment theory and emotionally-focused therapy, and pull from different modalities to fit the the specific situations you may be facing.

I looking forward to connecting with you!
