I am a queer-identified therapist who is sex-positive, poly- and kink-affirming. I work with queer and trans folks, both individually and relationally. I’m passionate about my work with people from marginalized populations.
I believe that therapy is best when both my clients and myself can show up authentically with each other. I place a high value on developing trusting, solid relationships with my clients so that therapy can feel like a welcoming environment where you can be your true self. I believe that each individual holds a unique experience that shapes their worldview. I strive to understand your experience and help dive deeper into the impact of your social location, family dynamics, and stigma you may experience.
I view my role as a guide in your healing journey, through discovering underlying narratives, finding useful coping mechanisms, and processing past trauma. With the expertise on your life experience you bring and the therapeutic insight I can can offer, I am confident that we can make the progress you want to see in your life.
If this sounds like a fit for you, please feel free to reach out. I want to join you on your healing journey.
