I am a Queer, kink/BDSM-affirming therapist who enjoys working within the LGBTQIA+ and the consensual non-monogamy (CNM) communities. I work with clients on issues related to anxiety, depression, life changes, and relationships.
How often do you get to share what’s on your mind without fears of judgment, damage to relationships, or raising concern? For many, therapy can offer freedom from these limitations for the first time in their life. Whether you’re having concerns about work, school, relationships, or the state of the world, we can process them together.
I believe that you are the expert of your own story. For many of us in the LGBTQIA+, kink, and CNM communities, there is an understandable need to find affirming care. In my practice, I strongly believe you shouldn’t have to explain the basics of your identities to me, your therapist. Instead, your lived experience of these identities can show how you want to live, your values and strengths, as well as how you want to engage with the world around you. Your identities may not be the cause of your concerns, but they may be the solution.
I appreciate how difficult it is to reach out and ask for help, but I am happy to answer any questions you may have. If you have an interest in scheduling your first appointment, feel free to email or call.
